Payroll Processing:
Prepare and process bi-weekly, monthly, or weekly payrolls for employees.
Ensure accurate calculations of wages, bonuses, commissions, overtime, and deductions.
Verify timesheets and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to hours worked.
Process new hires, terminations, promotions, and other employee status changes as they impact payroll.
Compliance Management:
Stay updated with federal, state, and local labour laws and tax regulations related to payroll.
Ensure compliance with tax withholding and reporting requirements (e.g., federal, state, and local taxes, unemployment taxes, and other deductions).
Ensure proper deductions for benefits, retirement plans, garnishments, and other withholdings are made in accordance with company policy and legal requirements.
Reporting & Recordkeeping:
Maintain accurate and complete payroll records, including employee information, pay rates, benefits, deductions, and tax filings.
Generate and analyse payroll reports, tax filings, and year-end reporting.
Assist in audits related to payroll, taxes, and compliance matters.

2-4 Years in payroll processing and data handling. Have an excellent Knowledge in Excel.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred).
Experience:
Proven experience (2+ years) in payroll administration or a related field.
Knowledge of labour laws, tax laws, and other regulatory requirements related to payroll.
