1. Student & Parent Engagement:
• Serve as the first point of contact for student and parent inquiries, concerns, and escalations.
• Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for students, providing guidance on policies, facilities,
and services.
• Coordinate with academic and counseling teams to effectively address student-related issues.
• Organize student orientation programs, engagement activities, and parent-teacher interactions.
2. Office & Facility Management:
• Oversee daily office operations to maintain a well-organized and efficient workspace.
• Manage essential facility services, including security, housekeeping, and IT infrastructure.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and compliance standards.
• Maintain vendor relationships for office supplies, maintenance, and service contracts.
3. Hostel & Accommodation Management (If Applicable):
• Supervise residential facilities for employees, trainees, or students.
• Oversee accommodation arrangements, food services, and facility maintenance.
• Address and resolve grievances related to hostel and lodging facilities.
4. Administrative Operations:
• Lead and supervise administrative staff, delegating responsibilities effectively.
• Maintain company records, documentation, and operational databases.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, transportation, and logistics as required.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
