1. Revenue Generation
Drive achievement of overall sales targets across all assigned verticals through inside sales.
Monitor and ensure 90% or higher attainment of revenue goals.
Oversee revenue contribution and balance performance across verticals (minimum 80% target achievement per vertical).
2. Team Performance & Productivity
Manage productivity of ~200 telecallers ensuring a minimum of 10 calls/hour/telecaller.
Optimize lead conversion efforts to maintain a minimum conversion rate of 10%.
Implement training, motivation, and performance improvement strategies.
3. Leadership & Team Development
Oversee and support the performance of 6 Team Leaders and 4 Sales Managers.
Ensure 90% target achievement by all Team Leaders.
Monitor managerial effectiveness and ensure 100% adherence to performance goals.
4. Process Optimization & Quality Control
Ensure full compliance with defined sales processes and SLAs.
Conduct regular audits and provide feedback to enhance quality and efficiency.
Improve customer satisfaction levels with a CSAT score target of = 85%.
5. Reporting & Strategic Input
Ensure timely, accurate, and error-free reporting of sales performance and data.
Contribute at least one actionable strategic recommendation per month to optimize sales strategy and revenue outcomes.
