1. Recruitment Support:
o Assist with posting job openings, sourcing candidates, and screening applications to identify potential candidates.
o Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
o Maintain an organized database of candidate profiles, feedback, and hiring status.
2. Onboarding Coordination:
o Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they have a smooth transition into the organization.
o Assist with collecting new hire documentation and coordinating orientation sessions.
3. Candidate Experience:
o Provide an excellent candidate experience by ensuring timely communication, responding to queries, and coordinating all aspects of the interview process.
o Gather feedback from candidates and hiring managers to improve the recruitment process.
4. HR Administration:
o Support general HR tasks, including employee data management, document filing, and responding to employee inquiries.
o Assist in organizing HR events and other team initiatives as required.
5. Data Tracking & Reporting:
o Track recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and candidate pipeline status, and provide regular updates to the recruitment lead.
o Prepare reports on hiring progress, candidate feedback, and other relevant HR data.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or HR support roles.
• Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and basic HR software.
• Experience with full-cycle recruitment or HR support in a corporate environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and data management.
