2. Data-Driven Design & Content Volume
• Use analytics to measure performance of creatives (CTR, engagement,
etc.) and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Maintain high-volume, high-quality content pipelines for academic
sessions, promotional campaigns, YouTube, and paid ads.
• Standardize design templates for recurring content types.
3. Brand Development & Visual Consistency
• Uphold and evolve the brand identity of the institution across all media.
• Regularly audit creative outputs to ensure brand consistency in
typography, colour palette, iconography, and tone.
• Develop visual style guides and documentation for internal and external
stakeholders.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Partner with academic teams to create visuals for explainer videos, online
lessons, and e-books.
• Work closely with performance marketing, sales, and product teams to
fulfil creative requirements aligned to campaign objectives.
• Attend cross-functional meetings to align creative strategy with broader
organizational goals.
5. Team Leadership & Mentoring
• Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of graphic designers, illustrators, and
motion graphic artists.
• Conduct regular reviews, feedback sessions, and training programs to
upskill the team.
• Build a strong hiring pipeline and contribute to the creative team’s
growth.
6. Thumbnail & Visual Content Performance
• Create and test multiple thumbnail versions for video campaigns to
optimize click-through rates.
• Study audience behaviour and performance insights to iterate design for
higher engagement.
7. Innovation & Trend Integration
• Explore and implement new design formats (3D, animation, AI tools) for
academic and marketing materials.
• Stay abreast of design and tech trends in EdTech, YouTube content, and
UI/UX.
8. Design Archive & Asset Management
• Build and maintain a centralized, tagged, and easily searchable design
repository.
• Ensure files are stored using consistent naming conventions and folder
structures for reuse and version control.
9. Event & Campaign Design Oversight
• Lead the creative vision for academic webinars, product launches, offline
events, and student engagement initiatives.
• Supervise production of all collaterals including banners, posters,
certificates, and social media promotions.
10. Project Management & Quality Assurance
• Establish timelines, assign resources, and monitor progress of multiple
design projects.
• Implement review systems to reduce rework and ensure alignment with
brief and expectations.
11. Vendor and Tool Management
• Coordinate with external creative agencies, freelancers, and print vendors
when needed.
• Evaluate, recommend, and implement new design tools, stock libraries, or
plugins to improve productivity.
