• Perform periodical indoor and outdoor AC filter cleaning and preventive servicing.
• Identify and repair gas leakages, and perform gas top-ups when required.
• Diagnose and rectify AC-related issues, including compressor, condenser, and wiring faults.
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical systems including lighting, panels, wiring, and switches.
• Respond promptly to AC and electrical breakdown calls to minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate logs of maintenance work, materials used, and service history.
• Support in ensuring safety compliance related to electrical systems and AC units.
• Assist the maintenance team in other general repair works within the facility when required

Experience: Minimum 2–4 years of experience in AC and electrical maintenance
