1. Develop Optimization Strategies to Improve Search Engine Rankings o Conduct comprehensive website audits to identify technical, on-page, and off-page SEO issues. o Research and analyze competitors to develop effective keyword and backlink strategies. o Implement and optimize meta tags, headers, alt text, and other on-page SEO elements. o Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to ensure continuous improvement. o Coordinate with web developers to implement necessary changes on the website for improving site structure, speed, mobile usability, and crawlability. 2. Execute Tests, Collect and Analyze Data, Identify Trends and Insights for Maximum ROI o Design and conduct A/B tests on landing pages, site layout, and content to determine the best approaches for improved rankings. o Regularly analyze website metrics, traffic patterns, and user behavior to identify areas of improvement. o Use analytics tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO platforms to track, report, and improve SEO performance. o Provide actionable insights based on data analysis to refine SEO strategies and maximize return on investment. 3. Manage SEO Campaign Expenses, Budgeting, and Cost Reconciliation o Plan and allocate budgets effectively for SEO campaigns, ensuring cost-efficiency. o Work closely with the finance team to project monthly SEO expenses and report discrepancies when necessary. o Track the effectiveness of paid campaigns, ensuring they contribute to overall SEO goals. o Prepare monthly and quarterly reports outlining campaign performance, budget adherence, and overall ROI. 4. Collaborate with Editorial and Marketing Teams to Integrate SEO in Content Creation and Marketing

Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Moz. Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
