? Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads (including YouTube), Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and other paid platforms such as Snapchat
? Own and scale UAC (Universal App Campaigns) with a focus on in-app events and ROI
? Manage and optimize monthly media budgets exceeding ?50 Lakhs, ensuring efficient spend and strong ROAS
? Set up, manage, and troubleshoot conversion tracking across platforms using Google Tag Manager, pixels, and analytics tools
? Track key performance metrics and perform ROI calculations to drive continuous optimization
? Coordinate closely with Business Analytics, Design, Media, and Category teams to align campaign strategy and execution
? Work with CRM teams to improve funnel efficiency, lead quality, and lifecycle performance
? Lead, guide, and support team members to ensure best practices and consistent performance
? Prepare regular performance reports and share actionable insights with stakeholders
