Business & Revenue Ownership
• Drive enrolment and revenue targets for Government Exams programs, including PSC, SSC, RRB, Banking, and UPSC.
• Monitor centre-wise performance and ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly targets.
• Identify growth opportunities and implement strategies to improve admissions.
Centre Performance Management
• Oversee the performance of all centres in the assigned zone.
• Track key metrics such as enquiries, conversions, batch strength, and revenue.
• Ensure timely launch and execution of batches.
Sales Execution
• Work closely with centre sales teams to improve lead conversion and walk-in admissions.
• Ensure proper follow-up on enquiries and pending payments.
• Monitor sales pipeline and ensure effective lead management.
