The Academic Counsellor – Centre Sales is a front-line,
centre-based role responsible for providing academic
guidance to walk-in students and parents while driving
enrolments and revenue for the assigned centre. This role
combines student counselling, relationship building, and
target-driven sales, ensuring a high-quality counselling
experience and consistent achievement of Centre sales goals.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field (MBA/relevant
Master’s is a plus).
Experience: 1-3 years of proven experience in Sales, Inside
Sales, or Academic Counselling (EdTech experience
preferred).
Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, active
listening, strong negotiation/closing skills, and proficiency in
using CRM software.
