Key Responsibilities
1. Creative Planning & Execution
• Manage the end-to-end design process for campaigns, academic visuals, social
media, print, and digital platforms.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality creative assets across business and
academic units.
• Apply visual storytelling techniques to enhance learner comprehension and
brand recall.
2. Data-Backed Creative Approach
• Track performance of creative assets (engagement, CTR, conversions) and refine
outputs accordingly.
• Oversee production of high-volume creative requirements for academic
sessions, campaigns, and video content.
• Standardize templates and design frameworks for recurring content.
3. Brand Consistency & Development
• Maintain brand identity across all channels, ensuring uniformity in typography,
colors, and visual tone.
• Conduct regular audits of creative outputs to meet brand guidelines.
• Support in maintaining visual style guides for internal use.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work with academic teams to design visuals for explainer videos, lessons, and
digital learning resources.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to deliver creatives
aligned with campaign goals.
• Participate in cross-team meetings to align on design requirements.
5. Team Management & Development
• Supervise a small team of designers and motion artists, guiding them in day-to-
day tasks.
• Provide constructive feedback, conduct reviews, and support training initiatives.
• Assist in identifying and onboarding creative talent.
6. Content Performance Optimization
• Design and test multiple creative variations (e.g., thumbnails) to improve
engagement.
• Monitor analytics and implement insights to refine visuals for better
performance.
7. Design Innovation & Trends
• Explore modern design techniques and tools (AI, motion graphics, 3D) to
improve creative outputs.
• Stay updated with EdTech, UI/UX, and YouTube design trends.
8. Asset & Project Management
• Maintain an organized design repository with version control for reuse.
• Oversee multiple design projects, ensuring deadlines and quality benchmarks
are met.
• Implement feedback and review systems to minimize rework.
9. Vendor & Tools Coordination
• Coordinate with freelancers, agencies, and print vendors when necessary.
• Recommend and manage design tools, libraries, or plugins to enhance

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field.
• 8 plus years of design experience, with at least 5 plus years in a supervisory/lead
role.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, After Effects, and
related design tools.
• Demonstrated ability to manage design projects in fast-paced environments.
