1. Hostel Onboarding & Setup
• Identify and connect with potential hostel/property owners for new partnerships.
• Negotiate rental terms, pricing, and facilities to align with company standards.
• Coordinate hostel setup, including arranging furniture, utilities, and other necessary facilities.
• Ensure timely documentation and agreement formalities for newly onboarded hostels.
2. Hostel Operations & Manpower Utilization
• Oversee daily hostel operations to ensure smooth functioning and service quality.
• Monitor manpower deployment (housekeeping, catering, maintenance, etc.) for optimal utilization.
• Coordinate with third-party staffing vendors for manpower availability and issue resolution.
3. Vendor Attendance & Billing Verification
• Verify attendance details of third-party or staffing vendor employees in the billing sheets.
• Cross-check and validate billing accuracy before forwarding for payment processing.
• Maintain proper records of attendance, bills, and approvals for audit purposes.
4. Financial Management
• Prepare and maintain Profit & Loss (P&L) statements for each hostel to assess financial performance.
• Support cost optimization by tracking expenses and identifying operational improvements.
• Handle hostel termination or settlement, ensuring proper closure of accounts and vendor payments.
5. Business Support & Student Conversion
• Collaborate with the business or admissions team to influence and convert day scholars into hostellers.
• Ensure a positive hostel experience that supports student retention and satisfaction.
6. Travel & Field Coordination
• Frequently travel to different hostel locations to monitor operations, meet property owners, and verify vendor activities.
• Conduct periodic checks on hostel facilities and compliance with company standards.
