responsible for managing various administrative tasks and providing excellent customer service to students, parents, and visitors. • Greeting and assisting visitors, students, and parents. • Answering phone calls, inquiries, and providing information about the institution. • Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, etc.). • Scheduling appointments and maintaining the calendar of events. • Managing student attendance records and updating databases. • Assisting with admissions and enrolment processes. • Coordinating meetings, conferences, and events. • Handling student and staff records, including maintaining confidentiality. • Overseeing the maintenance of office equipment and supplies. • Coordinating with relevant departments for repairs and maintenance. • Managing room bookings and scheduling for meetings or events. • Ensuring a clean and organized front office area. • Providing information and guidance regarding academic programs, courses, and enrolment procedures. • Assisting with student registrations, fee collection, and issuing receipts. • Addressing student and parent queries and concerns promptly and professionally. • Liaising with faculty and staff to ensure efficient communication.
